NHS 111 is the new three-digit telephone service that replaces NHS Direct, to improve access to NHS urgent care services. Patients can use this number when they need medical help or advice and it's not urgent enough to call 999. NHS 111 operates 24/7, 365 days per year and is free to use from a landline and a mobile.

Out of Hours Appointments
Did you know you can now book appointments with a GP weekday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.00pm, Saturdays's and Sunday's and also weekend evenings at one of the Rotherham Hubs.
If you wish to be seen at any of the Hubs (Dinnington, Broom Lane, Magna Surgery) please contact the surgery for a member of staff to book you into one of the available slots.
When booking the appointment a member of staff will ask you the following questions.
- Reason for appointment
- Consent for 3rd party access to your clinical records (without this you will not be able to attend the HUBS)
- Do you require a chaperone
- Is this an ongoing problem. (Please note the appointment won't be booked if it is an ongoing problem you are seeing your GP about)
- Up to date contact telephone number.
